All sales of hand-dyed yarns and fibers are FINAL. We are happy to credit to your shop account the original purchase price for any other yarn returned in two months (60 days) of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original condition with original packaging and still carried in the shop. No returns on non-yarn items. We cannot accept returns of any merchandise that has pet, tobacco or other odors.
