Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
Currently we only offer on-line shipping to the United States and U.S. Territories. Please contact the shop directly by email (info@shesellsyarn.com) or by phone at (386) 238-9109 if you require international shipping.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- All sales of books, magazines, garments, notions, needles, bags, assembled looms or wheels, special orders, Trunk Show Merchandise, wound yarn and SALE MERCHANDISE are FINAL.
- All sales of hand-dyed yarns and fibers are FINAL.
- We are happy to credit to your shop account the original purchase price for any merchandise returned in two months (60 days) of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original condition with original packaging and still carried in the shop.
- Please remember, we cannot accept yarn that has been wound or has been discontinued.
- We cannot accept returns of any merchandise that has pet, tobacco or other odors.
- All on-line cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of total purchase price; shipping charges cannot be refunded.
