Shipping & returns

SHIPPING:

Currently we only offer on-line shipping to the United States and U.S. Territories.  Please contact the shop directly by email (info@shesellsyarn.com) or by phone at (386) 238-9109 if you require international shipping.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • All sales of books, magazine, garments, notions, needles, bags, assembled looms or wheels, special orders, Trunk Show Merchandise, wound yarn and SALE MERCHANDISE are FINAL.  
  • We are happy to credit to your shop account the original purchase prise for any merchandise returned in six months 60 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original coditions with original packaging.  Please remember, we cannot accept yarn that has been wound.  
  • We cannot accept returns of any merchandise that has pet, tobacco or other odors.
