RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- All sales of books, magazine, garments, notions, needles, bags, assembled looms or wheels, special orders, Trunk Show Merchandise, wound yarn and SALE MERCHANDISE are FINAL.
- We are happy to credit to your shop account the original purchase prise for any merchandise returned in one month (30 days) of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original codition with original packaging and still carried in the shop.
- Please remember, we cannot accept yarn that has been wound or has been discontinued.
- We cannot accept returns of any merchandise that has pet, tobacco or other odors.
- All on-line cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of total purchase price.
